Effective Date: [Insert Effective Date] · Last Updated: [Insert Date]
Important: This Payment Policy explains how payments made through the MONEYBACK website are handled. Please review the applicable plan details, Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy before making a payment. A payment confirmation alone does not guarantee eligibility for any service, benefit, return or financial outcome.

01 Introduction

This Payment Policy applies to payments initiated through MONEYBACK at https://moneyback.live/, including payments for plans, products or services that may be offered on the website.

By initiating a payment, you confirm that you have reviewed the relevant product or plan information and agree to the applicable website policies. If you do not agree, do not proceed with payment.

The legal identity and operating details of the website operator should be provided in the website’s official business disclosures.

02 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout. Depending on the payment gateway configuration and availability, these may include:

  • UPI payments and supported UPI applications.
  • Debit cards and credit cards supported by the payment provider.
  • Net banking through participating banks.
  • Other payment methods expressly displayed on the checkout page.

Payment options may change based on the payment provider, bank, transaction amount, location, technical availability or applicable law.

Only use payment methods displayed on the official MONEYBACK website checkout. Do not send money to an unverified personal account or an unofficial payment link.

03 Payment Process

When you select a plan or service and proceed to checkout, the website may create a payment order and redirect you to, or display, a secure payment interface provided by an authorised payment gateway.

The general payment process is as follows:

  1. Select the relevant plan or service and review its displayed price.
  2. Check the amount, applicable charges and other order details.
  3. Proceed to the payment interface provided by the configured gateway.
  4. Complete the payment using an available payment method.
  5. Allow the website to verify the transaction before treating the order as paid.

Where Razorpay Standard Web Checkout is enabled, the payment interface and payment processing may be provided by Razorpay. The actual provider and available methods will be identified at checkout.

04 Order ID & Transaction ID

A payment order may have a unique order reference generated by the website or payment gateway. A completed payment may also have a gateway transaction or payment ID.

Please retain the order ID, transaction ID, payment date, amount and payment confirmation for your records. These details help us investigate payment-related queries.

  • Order ID: Identifies the payment order created for checkout.
  • Payment ID: Identifies a payment attempt or payment record with the gateway.
  • Receipt: A confirmation or receipt issued when available after successful verification.

Never share your password, OTP, card PIN, CVV or full banking credentials with anyone claiming to provide payment support.

05 Payment Status & Verification

A payment may pass through different statuses while it is being processed and verified. The website’s records should reflect the verified transaction status.

Status Meaning
Pending The payment result has not yet been conclusively confirmed.
Successful The payment has been verified by the website’s server.
Failed The payment attempt was declined, failed or could not be completed.
Cancelled The checkout or payment attempt was cancelled before completion.
Refunded A refund has been initiated or completed, as indicated by its recorded status.

A browser redirect, screenshot, customer-submitted message or payment-window success animation is not sufficient proof of successful payment by itself.

Plan activation or service access should occur only after server-side payment verification. If your payment is pending, please do not repeatedly submit payment without first checking the transaction status.

06 Duplicate Payments

If more than one payment appears to have been charged for the same order, contact support with the relevant order ID and transaction references.

We will review the payment records and gateway confirmation to determine whether multiple payments were successfully captured for the same purchase.

Where a duplicate successful payment is confirmed, the applicable refund process will be followed in accordance with the Refund Policy, payment provider procedures and applicable law.

Do not share complete card details, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs when reporting a duplicate payment.

07 Payment Confirmation & Receipts

A payment should be treated as successful only after the website receives and verifies reliable payment confirmation from the payment gateway or other authorised payment channel.

Depending on the available system functionality, a confirmation may be displayed on the website or sent to the contact details provided during checkout.

Please check your account or order history, if available, before contacting support. If money has been debited but the order still shows as pending, provide the transaction reference so that it can be investigated.

08 Failed, Pending or Interrupted Transactions

A transaction may fail or remain pending because of network interruptions, bank-side delays, payment-provider issues, incorrect payment details, insufficient funds or other technical reasons.

  • Check your bank, UPI application or card statement for the transaction status.
  • Keep the payment reference and order ID available.
  • Check whether the MONEYBACK order status has been updated.
  • Contact support if the amount was debited but the order remains unresolved.

Do not assume that a failed or interrupted checkout means that money has been permanently lost. The bank or payment provider may show a pending debit or reversal separately.

Any applicable reversal or refund timing depends on the bank, payment method, payment provider and relevant payment network. We do not guarantee a processing period that is outside our control.

09 Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility, cancellation conditions and the process for requesting a refund are governed by the separate MONEYBACK Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

A refund is not automatic merely because a user requests one. Each request is reviewed under the applicable policy, transaction status, service conditions and applicable law.

  • Read the Refund Policy before making a purchase.
  • Read the Cancellation Policy for cancellation conditions.
  • Provide the original order ID and transaction reference when submitting a payment-related request.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or another permitted method, subject to payment-provider capabilities and applicable requirements.

10 Payment Security

Payment security is important. Where a third-party payment gateway is used, payment information may be processed by that provider under its own security practices and terms.

The website’s payment integration should use appropriate technical safeguards, including:

  • Server-side verification of payment status.
  • Verification of gateway signatures or equivalent authenticity checks where supported.
  • Secure handling of payment order and transaction references.
  • Webhook authenticity verification where webhooks are used.
  • Protection against duplicate payment processing and repeated order fulfilment.
  • Restricted access to administrative payment records.

MONEYBACK will not ask you to disclose your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, password or OTP through an email or support message.

Never share payment gateway secret keys, API credentials or administrative login details. Such credentials must remain confidential and must not be published on the website frontend.

11 Unauthorized or Suspicious Payments

If you notice a payment that you did not authorise, contact your bank, card issuer, UPI application or payment provider immediately using its official support channel.

You should also notify MONEYBACK at moneybacklive@gmail.com with the date, amount and available transaction reference.

Do not delay reporting a suspicious transaction while waiting for a website response. Your bank or payment provider may have time-sensitive procedures for reporting unauthorised transactions.

12 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, contact MONEYBACK support with the relevant transaction details so that the issue can be reviewed.

You may also contact your bank, card issuer or payment provider to understand the dispute process available for your payment method.

A chargeback or payment dispute may require supporting records, such as order information, payment confirmation and communication relating to the purchase. Any response will be handled in accordance with applicable payment-network rules and law.

Submitting a dispute does not automatically establish that a transaction was unauthorised or that a refund is due. Each matter is subject to review by the relevant parties.

13 Taxes, Fees & Displayed Amounts

The amount payable should be displayed before you confirm the transaction. Any applicable taxes, payment charges or other additional amounts should be disclosed at checkout where required.

Your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment provider may independently apply charges under its own terms. Such charges may not be controlled by MONEYBACK.

If an amount shown at checkout differs from the amount you expect to pay, do not proceed until you have reviewed the order details or contacted support.

14 User Responsibilities

When making a payment, you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing the plan, product or service description before payment.
  • Checking the final payable amount and available payment details.
  • Providing accurate contact and account information.
  • Using a payment method that you are authorised to use.
  • Keeping payment confirmations and transaction references.
  • Not sharing OTPs, PINs, passwords or confidential payment credentials.
  • Reporting suspected errors, duplicate charges or unauthorised transactions promptly.

You must not attempt to manipulate payment responses, submit forged payment evidence or obtain access to services through unauthorised means.

16 Policy Updates & Legal Relationship

MONEYBACK may update this Payment Policy when payment methods, website functionality, service arrangements or legal requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Your use of the website and any purchase are also subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Payment gateway approval or successful payment processing does not by itself establish the legality, regulatory status or financial merits of any underlying product, plan or business activity. All services and offerings must independently comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
