CUSTOMER ORDER MANAGEMENT
Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how customers may request cancellation of an eligible order or service purchased through MONEYBACK. It also describes cancellation eligibility, request procedures, payment status handling and the relationship between cancellation and refund rights.
1. Introduction
MONEYBACK aims to maintain a clear and transparent process for customers who wish to cancel an order or request termination of an eligible service.
This policy applies to orders and services purchased through https://moneyback.live, subject to the applicable service agreement and legal requirements.
Cancellation and refund are related but separate processes. Cancelling an order does not automatically mean that a refund has been completed.

Cancellation Rules & Conditions
Review the following conditions before submitting a cancellation request.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy covers eligible transactions and services made available through the MONEYBACK website, including:
- New service or plan orders.
- Orders that have been paid but not yet processed.
- Orders awaiting payment verification.
- Eligible service cancellation requests.
- Duplicate or incorrectly placed orders.
- Cancellation requests arising from service delivery issues.
The applicable service agreement may provide additional cancellation information, provided that it does not conflict with mandatory legal rights.
3. Cancellation Eligibility
A customer may request cancellation in circumstances such as:
- The order was placed by mistake.
- The customer no longer wishes to proceed, where cancellation is permitted.
- The service has not yet started or been delivered.
- A duplicate order was placed.
- The order contains incorrect information that cannot be corrected.
- The service provider is unable to provide the agreed service.
- Cancellation is required under applicable law or the service agreement.
Each request will be reviewed based on the order status, service terms, applicable legal rights and the facts of the request.
4. Cancellation Before Service Commencement
If an order has been placed but the corresponding service has not started, customers may submit a cancellation request.
MONEYBACK will check whether the order can be cancelled before service commencement.
- The order must be identifiable.
- The cancellation request must be recorded.
- Any payment already received must be reconciled.
- Eligible refunds must follow the Refund Policy.
A cancellation request should not be unnecessarily delayed where the service has not commenced.
5. Cancellation After Service Commencement
If a service has already started or part of the service has been delivered, the cancellation request will be reviewed against the applicable service agreement and consumer protection law.
Any amount retained or refunded must have a lawful and properly disclosed basis.
A blanket rule denying all cancellation requests after service commencement will not override mandatory legal rights.
6. MONEYBACK Plan Cancellation
MONEYBACK publishes 24 plan levels with amounts ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹3,00,000.
A plan purchase is subject to the specific service description, applicable agreement and legal conditions disclosed before the customer confirms payment.
Where cancellation of a purchased plan is permitted, the customer may submit a request identifying the plan and related transaction.

7. Plan Progression and Future Purchases
Where the website implements sequential plan access, customers may be subject to clearly disclosed plan eligibility rules.
Cancellation of an existing order may affect access to related future plan purchases, depending on the applicable agreement and actual transaction status.
- Cancelled orders must not remain incorrectly marked as successful purchases.
- Pending transactions must be verified before changing plan access.
- Refund completion and order cancellation must be recorded separately.
- Previously accrued customer rights must not be removed arbitrarily.
8. Duplicate or Incorrect Orders
If a customer accidentally places the same order more than once, they should immediately notify MONEYBACK support.
Duplicate orders and associated payment references will be checked against the order records.
Where a duplicate payment is confirmed, the excess payment will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.

12. Payment and Transaction Handling
Where a customer has already paid, the transaction must be checked before the order is finally reconciled.
- Successful payments must be matched with the correct order.
- Pending payments must be verified with the payment provider.
- Failed payments must not be treated as successful purchases.
- Duplicate payments must be investigated separately.
- Cancellation and refund records must be maintained accurately.
Payment screenshots and browser redirects alone are not sufficient evidence of a successful payment.
Read Payment Policy →13. Cancellation and Refund Policy Integration
Cancellation and refund are separate actions:
- Cancellation concerns whether the order or service will continue.
- Refund concerns whether money already received must be returned.
- An approved cancellation may require a separate refund assessment.
- Refund completion must be verified through the payment channel.
Any eligible refund will be handled according to the MONEYBACK Refund Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Read Refund Policy →14. Payment Gateway and Third-Party Issues
Some payments may be processed through external payment service providers.
Where a payment issue affects cancellation, MONEYBACK may need to verify the transaction with the relevant provider.
Customers should also contact their bank or payment provider if they suspect an unauthorized transaction.
15. Cancellation Restrictions and Exceptions
A cancellation request may require additional review where:
- The order has already been fulfilled.
- The service has been partly or fully delivered.
- The transaction cannot initially be identified.
- There is evidence of unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
- A legal or regulatory restriction applies.
Any restriction must be reasonable, clearly explained and consistent with the customer’s statutory and contractual rights.
16. Customer Rights and Complaints
Customers may raise concerns regarding a cancellation decision, delayed processing or incorrect order status.
- Customers may request clarification of a decision.
- Customers may provide additional supporting information.
- Customers may request correction of inaccurate order records.
- Customers retain their applicable statutory consumer rights.
- Customers may approach competent consumer authorities where legally entitled.
17. Changes to This Cancellation Policy
MONEYBACK may update this policy to reflect changes in its services, order procedures or legal obligations.
Updated versions should display a revised effective date. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued customer rights or existing legal obligations.
