By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting information or purchasing an eligible service, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to read these terms. Where a separate affirmative acceptance is required, acceptance must be recorded through the applicable website process.
If you do not agree with the applicable terms, you must not proceed with the relevant service or transaction.

4. Website Services and Platform Information
MONEYBACK may publish information about services, plans, account features, payment facilities, customer support and other website functionality.
The precise service available to a customer is determined by its published description, applicable service agreement and any additional terms expressly accepted by the customer.
Website descriptions, graphics and promotional material do not independently create a promise of investment performance, profit, income or payment unless such an obligation is expressly and lawfully established in a separate agreement.

6. Daily Figures and Payment Schedule Disclosure
The MONEYBACK pricing page may display daily amounts and a ten-day total based on the schedule supplied for the 24 plans. These figures are schedule information only.
They must not be interpreted as guaranteed investment returns, guaranteed profits, assured trading income or an unconditional promise to repay a particular amount.
No customer funds should be accepted on the basis of an unverified income schedule. Any actual payment obligation must be stated accurately in the relevant agreement and supported by the lawful service arrangement.
7. Plan Selection and Purchase Conditions
Before purchasing a plan, customers should review the relevant plan description, amount, eligibility requirements and applicable contractual conditions.
- A customer must select an enabled and eligible plan.
- The amount payable must be displayed before checkout.
- Customers must review the relevant policies before confirming an order.
- Duplicate or conflicting purchase requests may be investigated.
- A successful payment does not authorize an unlawful or prohibited service.
Where plan progression or purchase restrictions apply, those rules must be clearly disclosed and enforced consistently with the applicable agreement. A customer must not be charged twice for the same purchase.
8. Payment Terms and Transaction Verification
Payments may be processed through payment methods made available at checkout, subject to the payment provider’s terms and applicable law.
- All payment amounts must be shown before the customer authorizes payment.
- Payments must be processed through authorized payment channels.
- Payment confirmation must be verified on the server side.
- Payment gateway transaction references must be recorded accurately.
- Pending, failed, cancelled and successful transactions must be distinguished.
- Users must not submit payment credentials to unauthorized persons.
A payment screenshot, browser redirect or customer-submitted message is not by itself proof that a transaction was successfully completed. The applicable payment provider’s confirmation and server-side verification must be used.
Please read the Payment Policy for further information.
9. Refunds and Payment Reversals
Refund eligibility, refund procedures, processing times and permitted deductions are governed by the published Refund Policy, applicable service agreement, payment provider rules and applicable law.
Customers should provide the relevant order or transaction reference when submitting a refund enquiry. No refund request should be rejected solely through an undisclosed or arbitrary condition.
Where a payment has failed but an amount has been debited, the transaction should be investigated and handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider procedures and legal requirements.

Any activity involving trading, securities, financial products, market exposure or investment-related services may involve financial risk, including loss of capital.
Historical performance, projections, illustrative calculations and promotional figures do not guarantee future results. No statement on the website should be understood as a guaranteed return unless a lawful and enforceable obligation is expressly established in the relevant agreement.
MONEYBACK must not describe an unregulated or unauthorized activity as regulated investment management, brokerage, portfolio management or an approved trading service.
Any service involving regulated financial activities may only be offered by an appropriately authorized person or entity, in compliance with applicable requirements.
12. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use the website for fraud, money laundering or unlawful financial activity.

Users may access website material for personal and lawful use. Reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation or modification of protected material without the necessary permission is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
14. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information collected through the website must be handled in accordance with the published Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
Users should provide only information that is required for the relevant service. Sensitive authentication information, including passwords and OTPs, must never be shared through ordinary email.
Read Privacy Policy →15. Third-Party Services and Payment Providers
The website may use third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, security, communication or other technical services.
Such providers may operate under their own contractual terms and privacy practices. Customers should review the relevant third-party terms where applicable.
A payment provider’s processing of a transaction does not independently establish the legality of the underlying service or any promised financial outcome.
16. Website Availability and Technical Changes
MONEYBACK may update, maintain or temporarily restrict parts of its website for security, maintenance, technical or legal reasons.
Reasonable steps should be taken to minimize disruption. Technical maintenance must not be used as a reason to disregard an existing lawful payment, refund or customer service obligation.
17. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to applicable law, MONEYBACK is not responsible for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, unauthorized third-party conduct or temporary technical interruptions, to the extent permitted by law.
This section does not remove statutory consumer rights, refund rights or enforceable contractual obligations.
18. Suspension and Termination
Access to an account or service may be restricted where there is a reasonable basis, including suspected fraud, security threats, material breach of applicable terms or legal requirements.
Where appropriate, the customer should receive an explanation and a reasonable opportunity to raise an objection. Any outstanding lawful obligations must be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
19. Changes to These Terms
MONEYBACK may revise these Terms when required due to changes in services, operations, security practices or applicable law.
Updated terms must display an appropriate effective date. Material changes requiring affirmative acceptance must be presented to affected users through an appropriate process.
Changes must not retrospectively remove accrued contractual or statutory rights.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable statutory consumer rights and other mandatory legal provisions.
Customers are encouraged to first submit a complaint through the official customer support channel. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the parties may use the remedies and dispute resolution forums available under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from approaching a competent consumer commission, regulator or other legally authorized forum where applicable.
21. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms must be read together with the relevant plan description, accepted service agreement and applicable policies. Where a specific mandatory legal provision applies, that provision prevails over any inconsistent contractual wording.
